MetroED Foundation Board Expectations
The directors of the Board oversee and direct the major aspects of the Foundation’s operations. Board directors fulfill specific leadership roles in the support of the Foundation and have full voting rights.
By supporting the Foundation’s Mission and Vision, members of the Board will establish and be responsible for the accomplishment of its goals.
Duties and responsibilities are detailed in the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Additionally, the legacy of the Foundation to promote equity, inclusion, and encourage diversity will be maintained as part of its core values.
